I used the chat option before ordering which was very helpful. The blade arrived in good condition. I bought it as a birthday gift for my son, he was very happy. One issue was: that I did not know that blade was shipping from China, prior to completion of my payment. This affected the delivery time, hence not received on time for birthday.
