The "Qingtian " Katana is a finely crafted sword with a total length of 103 cm, featuring a 70 cm blade. The handle measures 27 cm in length, with a blade width of 3.2 cm and a thickness of 0.7 cm. The blade is made from 65 high manganese steel, offering a hardness of HRC 57-59. The sword weighs approximately 1.25 kg. The scabbard is made from lacquered solid wood, while the handle is crafted from integrated steel with redwood carvings and an anti-slip pattern for a secure grip. The fittings are made of copper alloy, and the handguard is made from iron. The blade undergoes fifteen stages of fine hand polishing, with a heat treatment process that includes both water and oil quenching. The sword is forged using traditional handcrafting techniques, ensuring both strength and beauty.
